Being a new addition, I had some reservations and fear, but these negativities quickly dissipated with warm reception from the team. I assimilated easily and feel like part of a big family.

There is great team work among us which makes work-load and routine easier. The team is open to new ideas and I could share my thoughts on work-flow processes. When my ideas were adopted, it gave my confidence a strong boost. It makes me realise that there is so much more I can share and learn from others.
